Acceptance of Terms

When you access my website or use my services, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t use the site or services until we’ve clarified it together.

Services I Provide

I work with clients around the world to help them grow their online presence. My services include:

• SEO Services – on-page SEO, technical optimization, and link-building support to improve your rankings.
• WordPress Development – creating, customizing, and optimizing websites so they run smoothly.
• Social Media Management – planning, posting, and managing content that builds your brand online.

Every project is personalized to fit your needs, and we’ll agree on the scope of work before I begin.

Your Responsibilities

To make sure your project runs smoothly, I’ll need your cooperation. You agree to:

• Share accurate and complete information.
• Use my services only for legal and ethical purposes.
• Provide timely access to accounts, content, or approvals when needed.
• Stay responsive so we can keep things on track.

Payments & Refunds

Here’s how payments work:

• You agree to pay based on the proposal or invoice we discuss.
• Some projects may require a deposit before work begins.
• Once services are delivered, payments are non-refundable. However, I’ll do my best to resolve any concerns.
• If payments are delayed, I may pause or stop the work until everything is settled.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Once your project is completed and fully paid for, the content, design, or code I created for you belongs to you.
• My own branding, website content, and logo stay mine.
• Please don’t copy or resell my materials without asking for permission.

Keeping Your Information Private

I know your business details are important. Anything you share with me—whether for SEO, WordPress, or social media—will stay private. I will only share information with trusted providers like hosting, analytics, or payment platforms if necessary, and they are also required to keep your data safe.

Limitation of Liability

I’ll always do my best to provide quality work. But please understand:

• Websites and tools sometimes have downtime or errors.
• Search engine rankings change over time, and I can’t promise exact positions.
• I’m not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, plugins, or providers.

If there’s ever a problem, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for my services.

Ending Our Agreement

Either of us can end the working relationship if needed.

I may stop services if:

• Payments aren’t made on time.
• You misuse my services or break these terms.
• Communication or cooperation is no longer possible.

You can also choose to stop services anytime, as long as all payments due are cleared.

Governing Law

Since I’m based in the Philippines, these Terms are covered by Philippine law. However, I proudly work with clients from anywhere in the world.

Updates to These Terms

Sometimes I’ll update these Terms to match changes in my services, tools, or laws. When I do, I’ll post the new version here with an updated “Effective Date.” If you continue using my services after that, it means you agree with the new terms.
